Good company doing good work. Employees are good to work with and care about doing a good job. Very supportive of employees. They were not micro managers. Delivers a good product with excellent customer service.

The economy has hit them really hard and Stand alone EAP's are being run out of business by big insurance. So small has difficulty competing with big insurance.

Great concept for a company to provide services for mental and behavioral health. Employees are really appreciative of the services that the company provides to help them locate therapists for themselves or their family members.

Micro management, bad management, low employee morale, favoritism. Survival of the fittest. Everyone in there needs to use their EAP services!
