This company was one of the worst experiences of my life. With their cross functional roles other peoples work will get thrown on you. Work is routinely over committed resulting in an enormous amount of over time to make up for their inabilities to meet product release. The only people that get moved up through this company are the people that are apart of the best friends forever group. You don't even have to do a good job, you just have to be the bosses best friend. You'll constantly have to think about whos cool with who and whos not cool with who. Its like being in high school again. I put in 60 hour weeks into this company but in the end they didn't care about me. I poured my life and soul into this company but that wasn't enough because I wasn't one of the favorites.
