      Benefits are pretty standard, they do start on Day 1, which is nice.

      For a company that’s been around for 20+ years, felt like a startup. Still going through a lot of growing pains and disorganized. Leadership is lackluster and fail to develop their employees accordingly.

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.
