      Great colleagues and work practices. Had no trouble getting along with everyone and the quality of outputs is generally high.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is not up to industry standards. Needed to move on to get a reasonable salary. Not exactly a meritocracy with regards to promotion etc.

The room for growth, great leadership and professional development opportunities. The access to cool projects, you can work on the most exciting projects in the world.

      Don't pay at the top of the market. Maybe too much of a focus on Microsoft Don't have a bonus system for regular employees. Owned by an Australian company. :) just kidding
