The management team here is highly unpredictable. I was blind-sided by a termination in the middle of a workday with zero prior notice or indication of issues. There is no job security, and management does not seem to care about the impact their sudden decisions have on employees' lives.

No proper notice period was provided, which created professional and financial uncertainty. Management communication during critical situations was lacking. Lack of transparency in decision-making regarding staff termination.
