      - nice colleagues - friendly atmosphere - part-time pay very good compared to other companies

      - weekend & evening shifts - everyone seems to be your friend but when need support, nobody cares - can request days off but it's no guarantee - big teams cannot take holidays during high season (summer & winter) - no opportunities to grow or climb ranks - very stressful, especially during high season - once you reach certain salary, they will not give more - no private pension plan - 700KCZ deducted from salary for multisport
