This is a firm for hard working people who pride themselves on being the best at what they do. Be prepared to put in the work.

I worked here both in the office and remotely and I really enjoyed the environment. Working here is no different than working at any other interior design or architecture firms. When there are deadlines we work hard, when things slow down we relax to a typical pace. That is normal in Interior Design and architecture. I would definitely recommend working here, especially young designers that would want to be more than just a drafter, you will get a lot of hands on experience that you may not get a firm that has set rules for position titles. Great place to grow and learn and advance in your career. Firm is growing and growing fast and acquiring some really nice projects. Great place to grow and get hands on some important branded projects and boutique hotels. The company has invested a lot in its equipment and studio. Beautiful building and brand new huge screens to work off and fast computers. If your coming from Chicago there is no traffic , parking is free everywhere and gas is cheaper here!

The location can seem far from Chicago but really the drive is very easy, even coming from the city.
