Very top heavy company. Management will cut operations, and boots on the ground do make their budget look good, all to save the countless redundant management positions. This company has an OPEX team consisting of a clueless "Chief Transformational Officer" operating under the premise that their word is god, and you are beneath them if you disagree with anything their team puts out.
