Vantaggi
They have a patio which is nice for outdoor events.
Svantaggi
Terrible medical and dental coverage. Bare minimum pay. Bare minimum PTO. Very negative work environment. A lot of gossip and venting about other coworkers which creates a tough environment to work in, especially having to work together on projects. A lot of favoritism towards the sales dept. There is no accountability so when a change is asked to happen to make things easier, certain people won't follow it and instead of following through with those certain people and keeping everyone accountable with the change everyone agreed on, it eventually just goes back to the way it was before which was already proven to not work. They have not found a way to grow and evolve and will eventually go out of business because they cannot keep up with their competitors. They are not forward thinking and are constantly reacting instead of being proactive. They will say and do anything to get a client or customer even if that means lying or stretching the truth or not being totally honest with expectations. There is zero training or help with anything. You will not get any feedback on how you are doing and there is no such thing as evaluations or raises or bonuses. You are expected to come in, do your work and hope you are doing it well. No open communication. Negative leadership who don't greet employees as they see them or pass in the hall which trickles down to the entire company. They say they're like a family but it's a very cold closed off work place where people only associate with each other when they absolutely have to, otherwise people stay in their own corners looking out for themselves only. Leadership tells you one thing then does something else, they are never up front and honest so it's hard to trust what they say. Lastly there is no room for growth or opportunity. They have leadership developments lectures where nothing is ever applied or followed through on so they are a waste of everyone's time. They say they are growing but there is no chance to grow or learn more or better yourself and don't expect any sort of help from leadership -- Unless you think a monthly or quarterly lecture on setting goals is helpful.
