There seems to be job security here and the people are friendly and most do what they can to get the job done.

Nepotism galore. Major lack of communication. Process is different depending on which office you work in. There's a big disconnect between the corporate office and the other offices. The few bad apples don't get fired because of how long they've been there, so they are basically coasting to retirement and making things harder on everyone else. The company is by no means up to par technology-wise nor are they innovative.
