      Good pay for something without a degree

      Bad management at LDS Hospital Field Logistics. They won't actually manage employees. The manager and supervisor have no backbone. If you want to show up hours late they say nothing. If you want to call in weekly they say nothing. But get mad at other employees who already have more work to do because they won't stand up to the bad employees. There's no sort of organization of how things are done for PTO for employees. They decided we have to just figure it out ourselves while they sit in their offices doing nothing. They have favorites who can get away with breaking the Intermountain attendance policy. There are two people who should have been fired for that a long time ago

(Examples of this include the 30, 60, 90-day check-ins with your manager as part of the new employee onboarding program, re-occurring quarterly meetings, team huddles, and staff meetings.)       Best coworkers I've every had. I felt fulfillment every day for my work. Great opportunity to bond with a community.

      Human Resources did not treat me civilly. They terminated me, even as I was put in a position of caring and kindness, Did not consider the mental health and welfare of all of their employees, will cut people unlawfully for a misconception of the facts. HR falsified my statements in their documentation. Bias, unjustified rumors, and dis-crimination has occurred towards me, making me feel unsafe under that Leadership, and they did nothing reasonable and civil to fix it.
