Sr leadership doesn’t have a clue how the wheels turn Marc Probst should have gone down with the ship when they decided to outsource IT. One colossal failure after another. Remember GE Healthcare? Fail! Remember ECIS? Fail! Remember CA? Fail! Oh and do you have any idea how much they’ve spent on Cerner instead of just getting the out of the box version of Epic? Millions upon millions of dollars. These were terrible choices with Mark Probst at the head. And when all this complied sr leadership decided to cut costs by throwing the people who keep the lights on under the bus. Marc Harrison does not care about you or about this company, he cares solely about his bottom line. Make no mistake. Don’t buy the snake oil. Stay away.

Policies and procedures have become detached, less human and much more “bottom line” than in previous years. My disability requests were denied and I haven’t been able to move up or even laterally to accommodate myself in this organization despite having my Bachelors and recent work samples due to the automation of hiring and how removed HR seems from managements goal to promote from within. They’re missing a lot of talent in front of them.
