Over the last period the company has made real improvements across multiple areas — not just organizational changes, but also how teams collaborate, how decisions are made, and how work is delivered. The culture is supportive and people are genuinely willing to help. There’s a strong focus on quality and customer impact, and I’ve seen more investment in tooling, processes, and employee development. It feels like the company is in a strong place and moving forward with confidence. Pros: Supportive colleagues, clear priorities, good collaboration, strong learning opportunities, and a sense of stability and long-term growth. The company genuinely supports its employees and it shows in day-to-day work. Managers are approachable, people collaborate instead of competing, and there’s a strong “we help each other” culture. There’s also real investment in professional growth through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and opportunities to develop new skills, and good work is noticed and appreciated.

Like any growing company, the pace can get busy at times, especially around key deadlines, and priorities may occasionally shift as the business adapts. Some processes are still evolving, so you might see a bit of inconsistency between teams while things continue to mature. None of these are major issues, but they’re areas that can keep improving as the company scales.

Not related directly to the company per se but Fintech/Brokerage/Finance industries are not for the faint hearted. If you do not have a big sense of responsibility (among other qualities) you will struggle to find your place and adjust.
