Employee oriented company that provides excellent benefits and work environment.

Weakness in technology and current market trends with technology and working from home.

Work with nice people and because it is a small company you get to do a lot of different things. That can be good or bad dependent on what responsibilities they end up being.

No clear path for promotions and the company is not very young. Mostly older, admin type employees, so there just isn't much flexibility. Many employees are very set in their ways and aren't willing to adapt.
