There is a shortage of possible employees in manitowocd county and yet they let their staff tell them who stays and who goes. Seven employees started with me, I lasted two months , before it was too much. When I left, there was 1 of us left. This is not a new employee problem, this is a retention and training problem. Ive contacted International Papers Compliance department, they responded a month after I was gone? Yet this company boasts of an 84 percent retention rate.
