My Best reason to work with IPE is to have better opportunity and find the people to work with.

NO communication at all, the manger don't know anything abut his employees. Every time ask him about something the answer is I DON'T KNOW.

The coffee is free, they'll hire anyone

I went multiple years without a review. The "clean" rooms are not taken seriously by employees. There are cameras everywhere because management doesn't trust production. The owner leaves to "play with his cars" immediately after complaining about underperforming areas. He expects everyone else to figure out how to save his company and acts like he's doing his employees a favor just by employing them.
