Amazing culture, team and people

All remote, less structure, less mature

Some people are actually talented and could help the company succeed, but their efforts go in vain due to poor leadership

1. The sales team wouldn’t be able to sell free doughnuts at Times Square if they were asked to. So the company doesn’t make any money. 2. Senior executives are unqualified and incompetent, just cashing checks doing nothing of value. Most of them were only hired because they knew someone at the parent company and are delusional about their skills.
