Vantaggi

There were no pros and no pros shared by colleagues or managers.

Svantaggi

In my personal experience working at this company, I observed business practices and cultural issues that raised serious concerns for me since inconsistent with past experience that was with reputable companies. These are my impressions only, based on what I directly witnessed. I found that there are almost no referrals, or very uncommon, and the management approach often felt overly strict and, at times, out of touch with the realities of the job, since they focused on micromanaging Salesforce data entry, number of cold calls, daily internal meetings just to see if you were working. Lack of trust. With so much turnover, most colleagues were indifferent about creating a professional or personal connection. Expectations frequently seemed extremely unrealistic and disconnected to reality since saw 90 percent employee turnover within two years in job , and sales opportunities appeared to be distributed unevenly, with certain individuals receiving more favorable assignments by getting extra opportunities from the many employees terminated. Compensation was another challenge. Pay levels remained static there and was told there are no raises. Commission payments were delayed months and some longer. Commissions earned were not paid if an employee was no longer with the company. Some states they are expected to still pay. Expense reimbursements were heavily scrutinized and could take anywhere from one to four months to be processed. There was no cell phone allowance, yet employees were expected to use their personal devices with company applications installed. I also noticed that some leaders had long-standing relationships with one another, which at times created an environment where unprofessional behavior went unaddressed or not reported for fear of retaliation. Turnover was extraordinarily high, even high performers, and it sometimes felt as though new hires were brought in without a long-term plan for their success and with no career path. When involuntary terminations occurred, pay and benefits end immediately. However, if leave on own must give two weeks notice. The 401(k) match did not begin until 13 months of employment and vests gradually over three years. Because many employees did not remain long enough to reach those milestones, a significant portion of the match often was forfeited back to company. Winning new business sometimes felt bittersweet, as often had clients later cancel due to unmet expectations and expressed ill feelings about their experience. Internally, the culture emphasized micromanagement, with daily check-ins and heavy reliance on Salesforce for tracking rather than development. Some long-tenured managers appeared disengaged to support staff and resistant to strategic thinking. It felt like they did not want to know or support you since knew new employees would likely be terminated. Many employees operated under constant pressure, often on performance improvement plans, with the sense that any month could be their last. Benefits end upon termination. Support from IT, finance, and HR was limited to ticket-based systems, often involving offshore teams, and it was difficult to find anyone who took ownership of issues to helps These experiences left me with the impression that the company struggled with internal alignment, employee support, and sustainable management practices. Company appears to have likely disrespected and harmed many over years creating a reputation challenge. See online reviews at Google and BBB.
