The new CEO seems to be amazing.

Right now (2025), they are in a period of rapid transition, which could be overwhelming to some. But it's exciting and headed in a very positive direction.

Great work life balance and fully remote. Overall, I enjoyed working with almost everyone there.

Little opportunity to move up, you will be at the same role for years until you get a title change or a notable pay raise. Highly silo-ed.
