Small company with great potential and useful to learn how to don't do the things, outside Ukraine decent salaries and chance to travel. Nice environment with colleges but hostile environment when dealing with management.

Management in general is terrible, private company that is managed with people without experience looking for personal benefit. Global offices outside Ukraine still have soviet union culture dictated by management. Bad products and lack of commitment. Unstable bonus scheme since it is paid by discretionary decisions from Management. Salary can be reduced or increased without notice. Firing and hiring (or rehiring) people depend on contacts and relations in Ukraine

I had very friendly work environment, great work/life balance, and smart bosses. In general, Interpipe was quite good example of corporation formed on the base of soviet industry.

well, I would say the style of management could look very absurd . But, it could be an advantage, if you like corporate games or, at least, understand how it works
