Toxic atmosphere between teams/departments. And all of that is because of management.

My onboarding experience has been fantastic. The team was welcoming from day one, and meeting colleagues across departments made settling in easy. Shadowing sessions were very insightful, and management has been supportive, inclusive, and always open to questions. I’ve felt encouraged to grow, take on responsibilities, and build confidence in my role. Overall, a great environment with strong teamwork and a positive culture.

Haven’t encountered any so far.
