- Lack of training (you will be taken on/off brands which will throw you in a loop, no thorough training, just shadowing people who hate heir jobs) - Toxic work culture (favoritism and discrimination against POC who are aiming for a promotion) - Overwork their PM team with NO overtime pay - Constant burnout and anxiety - You can not have more than 5 minutes of free time or being non-billable - HR is a joke, especially with promotions and internal mobility. Will have you chasing rabbits trying to move up in your career. Will lie to you about pay and benefits - IPG and all of its smaller agencies have senior executives and stakeholders that will bully, harass and discriminate against you - Constant layoffs, your job is not secure - Terrible and expensive health benefits - No incentive to work here (tuition reimbursement, company networking events, mental health care, mentorship, honest internal mobility) - NO RAISES OR CHANCES FOR PROMOTIONS!!
