Small Company vibes with good leadership

Smaller pay scale sometimes compared to Larger banks

Coworkers are very friendly. Interra does a good job of screening people who are good to work with and will pull their own weight. Training is good and training personnel are personable.

Every once in a while you may get a mean customer but in my experience management will have your back (within reason)
