      I have worked in interrra from 2011 to 2014.. initially was good but gradually whole team scattered all the technical and good managers left so it looks like they have no roadmap.. they are in maintenance mode for last many years.

      - Industry leader in a technology that no one else wants to invest in because or poor ROI - Great Engineering team with extremely good technical capacity and focus - Good for freshers

      - No Policy and procedures. Anything that suits management is a policy. Nothing is on paper or concrete definition - HR does not hold any authority/powers. HR follows whatever manager says without even looking into facts - Extremely Negative work environment. People with new ideas are looked at with hostility - Use very old technology methodologies and business practices - No defined goals - Does not respect experienced professionals with dynamic thought process
