High quality working conditions, clean plant and offices. Company focused on employee comfort while at work. European operations are amazing, and corporate values create a strong employee identity.

Attendance of production staff is strict. Benefit package is expensive (high deductibles, no emergency room coverage). American operations are dysfunctional, inter-discipline communications about expectations and operational details are poor.
