      The people were wonderful - there was a lot of respect from everyone. You felt heard if you had an opinion and you were encouraged to be part of the team no matter what position you held. The owner also made it a fun place to work and planned events that help build camaraderie!

      Total freedom to do what you want and where you want. No corporate BS and the splits are much better. This is a very entrepreneurial office and creativity is second only to integrity.

      used to be good place to work

      everything changed in 2024 when CEO became a tyrant lots of complaints, made no difference big egos in charge who don't care about employees at all we are all exchangable owners are really not good people pay is really low and work is really extreme expected to work extra hours, and you are watched every minute you are clocked to make sure you are at your desk for some even at lunch its time to go
