Less salary, management is abusive, zero benefits, no work life balance, cheap people and dirty politics. In some meetings people from higher management use bad words and abuse people openly. One thing is guaranteed, you will regret joining this org. after few weeks. Stay as far as possible from such organizations. Worst work culture ever I have seen or heard of in my entire life.
