This is a relatively medium sized company and all of the people working in the office are very kind they take care of each other and look out for each other and it is a wonderful work environment and a great place to work

There were literally zero cons for this job it was a great experience

Pay was decent at first, Owners were really involved and most were decent guys (most have since retired or left)

Accounting management was horrible. If you made any mistake or forgot something you were treated like absolute garbage. Unbelievable amount of pressure to be perfect at all times. Not allowed to have any personal conversations with co-workers, and even work-related conversations were frowned upon. No room for any upward movement.
