This company is all about who you know - how you are treated is directly related to that and not really about performance. I worked there for 8 years and got great performance reviews and despite that was laid off due to the new reorganization. They are letting a lot of performers go to retain people that have been there for years. Leadership spends a lot of time touting values that they don't practice. The work/life balance is a myth - although you are only working a 40 hour week at the office, they expect you to be plugged in all the time. I was putting 10 and 12 hours a week from home after hours.
