Work/life balance is a bit hard if you are a workaholic.

Some of the people were nice on the surface. Nice breakroom.

They have no clue how to effeciently train someone, and if they put just the minimal amount of effort into developing a real training plan, they might not have such a high turnover or problem with people calling in. It is alot of work to learn everything that is needed to do the job efficiently but-with the added burden of being moved around with different people, it definitley made it more difficult than it needed to be. My questions were never completely answered (or they would be answered differently depending on who you asked) and I felt like I was just thrown on sink or swim style. The temps outnumber the tenured employees right now and its shocking that no one has stopped to wonder why that is. All of these issues and a few others besides caused me to not be totally invested in the job. I would have liked to collect a paycheck for another week before quitting to start my new job but my contract was terminated just before. I was honestly relieved, very happy I found something better. Thank Goodness I went with my instincts and never stopped looking for something else.
