You get to routinely do commercial and industrial electrical work. They give lots of Paid Time Off each year. They offer a decent to great health care plan. If you are ambitious, there is room to run work. They are a very reliable and hardy company that has survived many things over a great many years that would kill a weaker company.

I have a nagging sense i am vastly underpayed. I think the company itself values me poorly..
