Stuck - Recensione dipendente - Electrician presso Interstate Electrical Services

I've worked here 10 + years. Ownership has taken advantage of the poor economy. There is a ton of work now and they play the tough economic times card! Hiring guys who may have been unemployed for less than the job should pay. The "new" upper management is really business savy no doubt, but this company is no longer a family company which cares about employees. In my opinion no one has ever said I want to work for the most profitable company, they want to work for the best. Interstate used to be the best. Now its just a pay check.
