My apologies that things did not work out for you here at Interstate. Each company has a unique culture and not everyone will be able to accept or fit into that culture. When a company hires 250 employees each year (175 seasonal employees) you will have hiccups along the way and not everyone will stay long term. 40% of the employees at Interstate have been working here 5 plus years. I am very proud to say that the company promoted/advanced 17 employees IN 2013 and hope to double that number in 2014.
