The team at Interstate is very close knit and is super supportive of one another to get the job done. Team members jump in to help whenever needed and want to do their best work.

Now that we are remote, we don't get to see each other in person as often.

-Flexible work times -Besides Senior Managment, co-workers are a joy to work with. -Office is in downtown St. Pete, good lunch locations because you'll want to leave the office

-Poor Pay (except for the three executives) -No room for advancement, even though this will be a promise made during the interview -CEO/President yells at employees makes administration staff feel worthless -COO yells at dispatch agents consistently, hostile work environment -Executive staff mismanages company money then blames company losses on employees work -HR doesn't have control over the staff and is actually scared of the CEO -Promises to employees go unfulfilled (company outings per month go unscheduled and seldom happen) -Don't ask for additional pay, even when CEO/President asks you to take on more responsibilities, that will lead to your termination. -You have to pay for parking per month ($69.55)
