Where to start? Management really doesn't care about their employees. Management reluctant to new ideas and processes that clearly are better than the outdated ones currently in place. Favoritism amongst management and employees. This is family owned company that utilizes family friends in high paying positions that are totally clueless about office procedures. Wasteful company that spends money on technology that is outdated, but won't invest in more cost effective and efficient technology. Over pays their management and pays very little to their employees. They will nickel and dime you for holiday pay, bereavement pay (even if it's your own dying parents!), and also any employee functions such as holiday parties... they give you a "ration" and have the managers find best/cheapest rate using a weak budget, but EXPECT more sales and incoming business... which brings me to my next point... business... their service business is a joke... they will love to sell a system, but will not service it after the sale, and *IF* they do service it after the sale, you can bet that the products used will be outdated ones. Customers should beware of signing long term contracts with them because they cannot keep their promises to the customer. They've somehow been able to skate along with the same clients each year.
