Cons: - -No work life balance. Work timings goes beyond 14-16 hrs. Forced to work even on Saturdays & Sundays. -In this so called MNC, every Saturday & Sunday is mandatory full day working. -Micro management. Even HR questions about daily operations/sales/CS activities. -Complex hierarchy which is not required. -Unwanted SOP's which is waste of time & money. -Company shows profit out of employees benefit. Which means, increments are horrible even for the best performer. Top performer gets an average of 2%-3% (Irrespective of the level/designation) hike though company is beyond 35%-40% profit margin. -No job security. Company believes in Hire & Fire policy. -Neither an employee-centric nor customer-centirc organization. This is applicable only in India (across all locations- Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Tirupur). Globally company is maintaining actual MNC standards.
