Many good coworkers who have stuck it out. Good Pay - Until you are let go because your well paid. The HR dept. routinely fires acquired talent to reduce costs.

Intertek is a led by insulated incompetence. The culture is pure sadness, but its so siloed everyone thinks its just their business line that's rotten because of the immense internal "feel good" branding. The board is asleep at the wheel for allowing one of the highest paid CEO's to allow this company to run as it does. Executives call you on PTO to do more work. A few global and regional leaders make ALL decisions. HR has about 5-10 employees for 10,000 staff in North America. There is no Remote Work policy- some can mysteriously work remote while most all North America employees who could work from home are being forced to RETURN to the office during COVID. Horrid policies abound. Too much to list.

Good group of people in local office.

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
