Terrible corporate structure makes its employees responsible for the company’s own inability to keep them working. Over the past year employees have had their PTO taken away and have been forced to pay nearly all of their insurance premiums costing an employee and their family upwards of $1300/mo. Company sees employees as tools and the second they aren’t profitable they’re treated at as burdens.
