The benefits are great, with 4 weeks paid vacation and excellent health insurance. The work environment is much more lax than other places that I've been, which can be good and bad, but overall the low-stress atmosphere keeps most workers happy.

Career advancement opportunities are minimal, mainly due to the fact that the facility is small and most of the employees are still relatively young. Holes in the management chain, i.e. unqualified managers, present problems when annual reviews come around. Those who have performed poorly get raises and promotions nearly equal to those that have worked above and beyond expectations. Work expectations can sometimes exceed available resources, which creates problems. Raise approvals can take a long time.
