      Everyone's leaving no one is coming in because the salary is so low compared to other ppl at companies with those qualifications...only way to progress is through nepotism and the harder you work the more likely you get pigeon holed management promise everything deliver very little and only 2% pay rise over last two years when interest is over 20% yet MD wrote a book about leadership with soul... Cares more about jobs out the door that actual quality of work..

      Good group of people in local office.

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
