      For new grads it's a great opportunity to gain lab experience and build your resume. There are a few good hard-working people here who really do care.

      There's no real room for growth as career advancement is not encouraged. It's easy to get pigeonholed in a position and never excel. It's a frustrating place to work, those who deserve promotions (recognition, congratulations, thank you, etc.) never get it. Poor work/life balance; the demands of the job and non-competitive pay are just not worth the sacrifices.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
