      Flexitime is useful even though they use it as a reason to force you to stay late.

      Everything from pay, to work environment which is extremely toxic, lack of recognition, total lack of organisation and structure. Company is a big big mess!! The structure of the company prevents you to do your job which is absolutely infuriating. No support offered, left to your own devices! Only reason for people getting promotions is because so many experienced staff have left so they have no option but to promote and prevent the rest to leave too

      Good group of people in local office.

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
