The company often boasts about being the best with "total quality assurance." This suggests everything they do is solidly reliable, barring revolutionary industry changes. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. Their work is shoddy, but as long as it passes muster superficially, they don’t care. Raise any concerns, and you’ll be swiftly gaslit into thinking you’re the problem for even suggesting they're not entirely compliant. They preach safety, but only when it's convenient. Unless a knowledgeable safety inspector is present, it’s a free-for-all. Countless employees forego safety gear like boots, glasses, or gloves, and the company doesn’t provide adequate personal protective equipment until after an incident occurs. Then, and only then, do they scramble to rectify the situation, usually saying "it'll be fine, just get it done" rather than addressing the real issues. In terms of workload and compensation: Sales staff are overworked without additional pay. Billing departments suffer the same fate. Engineers face such high turnover that their workload often doubles or triples, without corresponding pay increases or industry-standard salaries. Technicians are treated as expendable, with little recognition or reward. Front desk roles have been virtually eliminated, with their duties dumped onto other overstretched departments, again without extra compensation. Even their equipment, supposedly calibrated, often isn’t up to standard unless it's absolutely necessary, like at the end of the month. Yet employees are expected to make do and find whatever tools they need, despite a clearly insufficient budget. Management keeps touting that the company is performing exceptionally well, yet the raises are laughable—2% of nothing is still nothing. Throughout COVID, the company's lack of concern for employee or family health was blatant; they didn’t consider closing or remote working until legally compelled to act. This company has stripped away anything that truly mattered to its employees, focusing solely on profit. Management is coerced into prioritizing revenue above all else. And rather than promoting from within, they prefer hiring externally to maintain an appearance of success. In essence, this company doesn't care about its employees. It’s all about meeting goals, regardless of the cost to staff morale or well-being. The idea of forming a union is met with immediate dismissal, as it’s an "at-will" employment environment. Raises are dangled then withdrawn as they continually move the goalposts. Please understand, many of the employees here are genuinely wonderful and kind individuals. But once you look above the team lead level, nothing else seems to matter. Setup times, materials, equipment—none of it counts unless it impacts the bottom line. My advice? Stay away. This place is nothing but misery, and everyone deserves far better than that.
