      young staff, no layoffs (you'll quit before you are fired/laid off) , good place to get your foot in the door to have a job

      micro manage, poor work ethics, mgmt team wants projects completed regardless of customer satisfaction just to meet the monthly quota, sales doesn't understand much of the incoming/outgoing product specs putting more pressure on engineers to collect info from customer delaying project completion, mgmt team doesn't listen to employees. OT without pay.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
