      Stabiles job, kläre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen.

      Sehr schwacher Management. Keine Motivation der Mitarbeiter. Pessimistische Arbeitsatmosphäre. Du musst gut verhandeln über dein Gehalt beim Einstieg, weil das ist das einzige was du für jahe kriegst. Kein Tarifvertrag, Urlaubsgeld, keine Prämie. Mein Gehalt wurde auf €27 brutto/monat nach 2 Jahren erhöht. Ich war von dem Anfang proactif und wollte an Kompetenzen wachsen sowie meine Karriere entwickeln, aber da wurde es nicht möglich sein. Die Kollegen sind allgemein nett aber jeden ist an sich selbst geschlossen und pessimistisch.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
