Svantaggi
I was a top performer at Intertel and I always felt like my work was never appreciated. The other departments would always send my work back and tell me to correct it, even if it was right the first time. Not once did I get an apology.
There is a general hostile elitism towards entry level investigators from people in other departments. They nitpick and micro-manage the smallest errors while not being accountable for their own.
They make you sign a non-compete agreement for a 12$ an hour job. I got threatened by senior management for handing in my letter of resignation and supposedly breaking the non-compete clause. They basically say you cannot work for any company that does anything remotely what Intertel does and yet there is absolutely no room to grow or have a sustainable income in an expensive city like Denver.
Throughout my employment at Intertel, there was always instability. In the span of 1 month, half of the people I worked with quit or were fired. Every day I walked into the office, here was always a feeling of uncertainty that the day would be my last day.
