-Loss of many big clients over recent years. Most good people have left because of poor culture and drama -Extremely political. Good luck getting promotions if you don't kiss up or speak chinese. Promotions and job security are not based on merit but how buddy-buddy you are with leadership Inexperienced management - most people don’t have outside advertising experience. Ideas are not backed by stats, media plans are outdated, and clients are sold on total bs -Leadership takes no responsibility for poor company morale and employee unhappiness. Instead chooses to point fingers at employees for not trying enough. Lack of direction and constant restructuring -Lack of support. Employees are not trained and 'collaboration' is weak at best - HR is on the side of management and not to be trusted -Low pay, low benefits
