Working with IV and the whole team was an incredible experience. The owner is involved with so many aspects and is always accessible. He has an end of year interview with all employees to get feedback on how the company can improve. He takes suggestions wonderfully, he leads so well! He and the team leads are always asking what they can do to help. My team lead would always compliment me on my work anytime she noticed things done well. She was always ready to help me. I thoroughly enjoyed my job at IV and was so so sad to leave, but left for personal reasons. I plan to come back at some point because working for them was such a highlight! Hours are flexible. Can be done anywhere (literally) and the team is phenomenal.

I really don’t have any that I can think of. The only downside I had felt was there wasn’t enough training in the beginning, but they quickly implemented a new system and have fixed that.
