1. If you say 'A' they'll think it is 'B' and revert with 'C'. 2. Thing I hate the most about IV is they are so over-confident that they don't see everything falling apart (Business and team). Which is an outcome of their decisions and actions. 3. The management is really good when it comes to promoting product but have no idea about COLD SALES which limits their revenue sources.
