Vantaggi

Depending on the position, it can be interesting and creative work.

Svantaggi

This company values nobody. They are a multi million dollar company that runs like a small local business. The pay is extremely low and employee turnaround is very high. They expect you to work all hours and nights of the day, even if you're hourly...then when you turn in your timesheet they denied you did the work. Non management employees are completely overworked and underpaid. They are completely dysfunctional, unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you complain to management, they do nothing to help solve your issues. Not only is the management corrupt, but the environment is messy, dirty and unorganized. Upper management doesn't want to take any responsibility for providing a proper clean work environment. I witness first hand the owners from China yelling and screaming at everyone and touching employees on the face and head. The things I witnessed/heard was unbelievable.

Vantaggi

They ran lean so I got to work on all aspects of marketing. It was a good first job for this reason. The experienced I gained beefed up my resume and my next job after was awesome. I landed it in part because of my versatility from this role. I did get to travel a lot.

Svantaggi

I'll start by saying I worked here over 10 years ago. So things may have changed, but any time I looked around the office there were only male managers and female assistants. I'll let you come to your conclusions on that as far as career growth as a woman at the company, but I'll say it was often ran like it was the 80s. The director if my department was great at the time though. I had no idea how underpaid I was until my next job when it went up by 12k. I was pulling 12 hour days and that was normal for the culture. People didn't leave because they were hooked with work visas or too close to retirement or the owner offered private school for their kids as part of compensation (so I heard), allegedly.
